3. A SOLID BUSINESS PLAN
No successful business can ever launch without a SOLID business plan, especially one in the cannabis industry. Just saying "I want to grow weed and make a fortune" may be true, but that won't cut the mustard, and you know it. This Plan isn't just for us, it's FOR YOU AS WELL! You'll need to estimate all the numbers: Operating expenses, including license acquisition costs and fees, labor, site acquisition or rents, equipment purchases or leases, insurance, contingencies, legal and accounting, reserve funds, ALL the essentials for 36-months of initial operations. How much are we investing, and how much are YOU investing? At what point will you break into the black? BE positive, but conservative, it's the only way. If your business plan is shaky, your business is likely to be shaky too. Most of all, BE HONEST. THINK IT THROUGH!
